I'd like to introduce myself again. I am chefdjgin, an entrepreneur,
certified chef entertainer, and volunteer worker. I have been a
certified chef for 2 years but I have been cooking for over 15 years
professionally. I am currently attending Johnson & Wales
University, to receive a BA in Food Service Management. I am
currently and Honor Student. I graduated from Schenectady County
Community College with Honors
I have been a disc jockey/entertainer for over 15 years. I've dj'd for
local fund raisers (Boys & Girls Club of America, Rwanda Relief
Fund & the former local Council man for 15 yrs. I grew up in the
golden age of Hip Hop, where creativity separated you from the
average. Mixing and scratching were a standard and an emcee
assisted you with control of the party. I have a wide range of music
variety of music which ranges from old school R&B, reggae, hip
hop, crunk, salsa & meriengue, 70's rock & more, jazz, soca, jazz,
blues and more. I've emceed and dj'd for some of the worlds most
accomplished artists (Jay-z, Ashanti, Beanie Segal, Rob Base & EZ
Rock, Kid Capri, Funk Master Flex, LL Cool J, Cee Cee Peniston, Das
EFX, Black Rob, Kasseem Allah, DJ Reminice of
